Job Description

My Client is seeking and ambitious, experience and driven sales professional to be a key part of their sales expansion in Munster. Personal motivation and a knowledge of the healthcare sector in Ireland is required.

The Role

  • Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Research market trends, identify potential clients, and develop a strategic sales approach.
  • Lead prospecting efforts through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales presentations and proposals to attract new customers.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs and propose solutions aligned with Company’s offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to strengthen Company’s market position.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs to sharpen business acumen and sales techniques.

 

The Candidate:

  • 3+ years experience selling into the healthcare sector in Ireland.
  • Proven capability to meet or exceed targets and expectations.
  • Energy and ambition to drive continued growth within a dynamic forward looking and expanding company.
