My Client is seeking and ambitious, experience and driven sales professional to be a key part of their sales expansion in Munster. Personal motivation and a knowledge of the healthcare sector in Ireland is required.
The Role
- Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Research market trends, identify potential clients, and develop a strategic sales approach.
- Lead prospecting efforts through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and execute tailored sales presentations and proposals to attract new customers.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs and propose solutions aligned with Company’s offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Address and resolve any client concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to strengthen Company’s market position.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs to sharpen business acumen and sales techniques.
The Candidate:
- 3+ years experience selling into the healthcare sector in Ireland.
- Proven capability to meet or exceed targets and expectations.
