A leading mid-sized Dublin law firm, is seeking two Senior Associates for our Commercial Real Estate and Construction team. These are permanent, full-time roles, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates with 3 years PQE to join a dynamic and supportive team, starting immediately.
Overview:
As a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate and Construction department, you will advise a diverse client base, including developers, retail landlords and tenants, financial institutions, investment funds, and housing bodies. The role will involve working on various matters, such as development projects, residential and industrial developments, and supporting our corporate teams with real property due diligence. You will be engaged in title reviews, construction suite negotiations, and providing technical guidance on complex legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, development, and disposal of properties.
• Handling title reviews and construction-related agreements.
• Dealing with Commercial Leases – creation, assignment, advisory.
• Assisting in large-scale residential and industrial developments, providing strategic legal advice.
• Supporting corporate transactions with real estate due diligence.
• Liaising with developers, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions on a variety of projects.
• Managing a caseload of complex real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 3 years PQE in commercial real estate and construction law, preferably with experience in a mid to large sized Dublin law firm.
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of the legal landscape in real estate development, including residential, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
• Experience advising on title reviews, construction suites, and due diligence processes.
• Proven ability to manage a busy workload and work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
