Our client is a busy general practice in Dublin 1 seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Conveyancing and Probate Legal Secretary to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be well organized, have strong IT and written skills with excellent attention to detail and be a sociable and proactive person able to work on their own initiative. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a varied hands-on role in a general practice firm based in Dublin.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

- Typing and preparing correspondence and documentation using dictation.

- Extensive document preparation.

- Liaise with clients and third parties to progress files.

- Assisting solicitors with closings and client meetings.

- Assisting solicitors with general work, and administration.

- General administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing, file management, and archiving.

Requirements:

- Conveyancing and probate experience essential.

- Experienced typist with very strong typing speed.

- A secretarial diploma or equivalent would be beneficial.

- Highly organised.

- Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team.
