Profile

In this role you will apply your corporate expertise to the hands-on, full life cycle delivery of high profile, complex and challenging transactions. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience gained in a mid/top tier commercial firm in supporting and delivering key elements of the acquisition or sales process for corporate transactions.

This role will suit candidates who can demonstrate excellent legal agility and have specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters including M&A and private equity investment transactions. You will also be responsible for the provision of support and guidance to junior legal teams to ensure a consistent high quality output.
