Profile
Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy and friendly Asset & Debt Recovery Team, based in Dublin 2.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing a high-volume, fast-moving workload.

Assisting Asset & Debt Recovery Team with administration function.

Taking instructions from clients.
-
Liaising with clients over court outcomes and next steps.

Dealing with incoming correspondence from agents, solicitors and defendants.

Dealing with incoming telephone calls from agents, solicitors and defendants.
-
Assisting with instructing summons servers and tracing agents.
-
Preparation of briefs.
-
Preparing reports.
-
Drafting letters.
-
Liaising with court services.
-
Ensuring safe and efficient handling of confidential data.
Key skills and experience:
The ideal candidate should have one to two years of experience working in a law firm. Previous experience in Mortgage Litigation is a significant advantage.

Excellent administration skills which demonstrate an eye for detail and an ability to organise, manage and prioritise work within the team

Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a strong team player with a desire to learn

Strong IT Skills including competency in Word, Excel, Outlook, experience of case management systems (Keyhouse is an advantage) and excellent numeracy skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
