Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Dublin recruitment team to achieve and exceed targets and build the Reed brand within the Dublin Market.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Foster strong relationships with local businesses and community organisations
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and candidates
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • In-depth understanding of the Dublin job market
