Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Dublin recruitment team to achieve and exceed targets and build the Reed brand within the Dublin Market.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Foster strong relationships with local businesses and community organisations
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and candidates
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruitment management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- In-depth understanding of the Dublin job market
