Salary - €50,000 (negotiable) + bonus

Reporting to Director of Sales
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
- Execute sales strategies to meet team revenue targets.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to drive performance.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and the Customer Service Team.
- Lead team development through consistent evaluation.
- Foster an encouraging and optimistic mindset.
Team Development:
- Ensure exceptional sales skills and product knowledge through training.
- Inspire the team to build trust with major clients.
- Lead by example, embodying the company’s mission and values.
- Conduct performance reviews to motivate and coach the team.
- Organise team-building activities and workshops.
- Participate in recruitment and handle performance reviews.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
- Coordinate weekly pipeline reports.
- Maintain open communication for successful pipeline development.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
- Resolve conflicts and promote understanding among team members.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline performance reports.
- Understand core markets and competition and share insights with the team.
