Position: Sales and Team Development Lead
Location: Meath, Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet team revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and the Customer Service Team.
  • Lead team development through consistent evaluation.
  • Foster an encouraging and optimistic mindset.

Team Development:

  • Ensure exceptional sales skills and product knowledge through training.
  • Inspire the team to build trust with major clients.
  • Lead by example, embodying the company’s mission and values.
  • Conduct performance reviews to motivate and coach the team.
  • Organise team-building activities and workshops.
  • Participate in recruitment and handle performance reviews.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Coordinate weekly pipeline reports.
  • Maintain open communication for successful pipeline development.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
  • Resolve conflicts and promote understanding among team members.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline performance reports.
  • Understand core markets and competition and share insights with the team.
