Senior Sales Executive (Freight) - North Dublin

Reed is working with a long standing client of ours based in North Dublin to recruit for a Sales Executive specialising in Freight Services. You will need to be actively seeking clients, attending weekly client visits and be happy with international travel – there will be some requirement to travel throughout the year to exhibitions and conferences or if / where required to our office in the Netherlands.  

Experience with the Azyra system would be favourable.  

WFH - 3 days in office and 2 at home / Laptop Provided / Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities, desired skills and experience:

• Identify new business opportunities
• Proven & demonstrable experience in sales within logistics industry
• In depth knowledge of Short sea shipping
• Achieve budget targets on all trades
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and statistics
• Client account management, customer-focused, relationship building
• Ability to progress the commercial interests of the business and sell all Group services
• Ensure quotes are updated and completed in timely manner
• Ensure accurate job instructions are passed to operations team
