Our client, a global engineering technology company are seeking an Engineering Graduate to join their team in a Technical Sales Engineer position.

The company are seeking a confident, enthusiastic individual that thrives in face-to-face environments. Extensive training in sales and products will be provided over a 6-month period including on the ground training as well as travelling globally to visit their sites.

Salary €34,000 basic + guaranteed bonus

 Duties & Responsibilities

• Identifying new clients who might benefit from company products & services
• Establishing the specific requirements of potential clients to ensure their needs match our capabilities
• Changing the ethos of an organisation through educating them in the benefits of our technology
• Providing expertise to clients both pre & post installation to ensure our technology is utilised in a safe and compliant manner.
• Aiding the development of the company brand awareness through marketing & advertising
• Cultivating long-term relationships with clients based on an intrinsic understanding of their needs

Skills & Attributes required

• Possess a good mechanical understanding (a relevant qualification would be advantageous) 
• Takes a proactive and commercial approach 
• A desire to work in a sales environment, driven an incentivised by sales
• Eager to progress and grow in a role and the business
