Accounts Administrator – West Dublin

Reed is delighted to be assisting our client based in West Dublin with the recruitment of an Accounts Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.

9.00 am - 5.30 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Contributory pension is offered
**Office based, 5 days a week

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Processing creditor invoices
  • Making/Matching creditors invoices and checking prices and quantities are correct
  • Analysing and processing of credit cards and employee’s expenses 
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure credit notes for returns/shortages/price discrepancies are received
  • Liaising with other departments in order to resolve queries regarding purchasing discrepancies
  • Updating CRM system with all interactions
  • Emailing, printing & posting of Customer Statements 
  • Responding to and resolving customer queries by phone or email after investigation with the relevant department 
  • Assisting accounts department with other duties as required
