REED are working with a fantastic charity who are seeking a HR administrator to join their team for a 2–3-month temporary contract. The role is based in North Kildare.

Pay - €17.00 per hour

37-hour week

Fully on site role

Previous experience is necessary

This is a great opportunity for a candidate in the early stages of their HR career. The ideal candidate will have worked in a HR administration role within the ROI as they will need to have the confidence in their abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide the necessary administrative and operational support to the HR Team.
  • Manage the HR inbox; provide timely and accurate advice to queries and requests within agreed SLAs to ensure positive stakeholder experience.
  • Maintain, update and report on the HR system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide administrative support for a range of HR processes including recruitment, on boarding, internal move and leaver processes, invoices processing.
  • Provide guidance and process employee leave arrangements and schemes e.g.  maternity, paternity, parental, flexible working.
  • Provide cover and assistance to the recruitment coordinator and other roles during leave and as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Partners as required.
