HR - Employee Success Analyst

Temporary Position - 1 year 

Max Rate - €23 per hour, €47,000 per annum

Hybrid Position - 3 days in the office (Wednesday is a must) 2 days at home.

About the Role: 

Our client, a dynamic organisation dedicated to building a world-class employee experience, is seeking an HR Operational Integration Specialist. This role is crucial for ensuring operational readiness as the company integrates new employees through mergers and acquisitions and expands into new countries. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Employee Success (ES) M&A team and Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to harmonise processes and deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with ES People Services to ensure operational readiness for new employees from acquisitions or new country entities.
  • Work cross-functionally with ES CoEs to plan harmonisation strategies for newly acquired employees, ensuring compliance.
  • Build trusted relationships with key ES stakeholders, including legal and HR compliance teams.
  • Develop consistent and repeatable approaches for new acquisitions, leveraging the global ES People Services team.
  • Create scalable solutions with repeatable tools, templates, process documentation, and communication plans.
  • Establish clear service level standards to enhance value delivery through ES People Services.
  • Analyse data trends to support process changes, programme education, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with global shared services teams to ensure process consistency and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide feedback to management and key stakeholders on policy, process, and employee experience improvements.
  • Track and analyse service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in projects from planning through implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources, including shared services and/or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of local HR practices, processes, and programmes.
  • Experience with time-off and leave statutory requirements across multiple countries is highly desired.
  • Previous experience with Workday and case management tools preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of word processing applications like Google Docs.
  • Experience with HR systems, data analysis, and lean process improvement strategies (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
