Recruitment Coordinator - Temp, 6 months

Job Description

REED are working with a Global Tech business in Dublin 1 who are seeking Recruitment Coordinators on a temporary basis for 6 months.

Start date – January 2025

Hourly Pay Rate - €20.00 per hour, through agency (€39,000 salary)

37.5-hour week

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office

Recruitment Co-coordinator provides support to the recruitment function and will usually work across HR/recruitment administration.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite and presentation interviews
  • Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including travel arrangement, expense reimbursements, and ensuring background checks are 100% completed
  • Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, the hiring managers they support, and their candidates to drive an efficient process for providing a positive candidate experience, as well as handle any challenges that may occur
  • Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools and organizational products including Workday, Quip and Google Suite
  • Pitch, lead, and drive team projects, often working interdepartmentally
  • Track and analyze data to deliver to stakeholders and reduce interview rescheduling

Skills & Attributes required

  • Recruitment and compliance experience is desirable
  • Highly organised and tech savvy
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
