Job Opportunity: Associate Manager, EMEA ES Leave of Absence Case Managers (1-Year Maternity Contract)

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for employee success and process improvement? We are seeking an Associate Manager to lead a team of Employee Success professionals in the EMEA region, focusing on the administration of Leave of Absence processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring a best-in-class employee experience and continuous improvement of processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Leave of Absence Case Managers, both in-person and virtually.
  • Analyse data trends to develop action plans that support process changes, programme education, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand local and regional needs, implementing and overseeing specialised processes.
  • Coach and train Case Managers on Leave of Absence policies, ensuring accurate documentation and guidance.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, delivering solutions for growth and complexity across multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, SOX, Trust standards, and country-specific legislation, addressing issues with risk mitigation and remediation.
  • Work with global shared services teams to ensure process consistency and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide feedback to management and key stakeholders on policy, process, and employee experience improvements.
  • Track and analyse service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead projects from planning through to implementation for both global and regional teams.
  • Deliver superior customer service to ensure a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Manage escalations in support of employee, business, and Employee Success partner enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in a shared services environment with a strong background in Employee Data Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in human resources, ideally leading a geographically dispersed team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, processes, and programmes.
  • Understanding of time-off and leave statutory requirements across multiple countries is highly desired.
  • Project management experience (2+ years).
  • Ability to understand client motivations and business pain points, leveraging inputs to influence business decisions.
  • Previous experience with Workday and case management tools preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to prepare materials for all organisational levels.
  • Excellent influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (MS Excel) and basic knowledge of word processing applications (e.g., Google Docs).
  • Experience with HR systems, metrics, data, and lean process improvement strategies (e.g., Six Sigma) desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity and a constantly changing environment.
