Duties in the role:

  • Partner with business leaders and managers to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Become a HR champion, providing day-to-day guidance and support on a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
  • Stay on top of current HR trends and best practices, keeping our leadership team informed.
  • Be a trusted advisor, providing confidential support and guidance to employees at all levels.
