Legal Office Manager

Fixed Term Contract 6 months
Duties include (not exhaustive)
- Supervising move to new offices
Responsible for dealing with all I.T support functions: -
o Computers/hardware/contract renewals
o Printers
o Telephones/mobile phones
Assisting in HR support functions: -
o New employee induction
o Dealing with staff issues and reporting to partners
o Assisting in the recruitment & selection process
Responsible for carrying out risk management functions: -
o Responsible for setting up annual risk management audit
o Arranging and setting up regulatory staff training
o Arranging file reviews
Liaising with pension company and insurers
Arrange and prepare for monthly partners meetings and taking down minutes.
Preparing letters, presentations, and reports for partners
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
Responsible for the overall upkeep of the office and maintaining equipment.
Experience/requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills in a busy law firm
Job-type – Fixed 6 month contract
Salary – Commensurate with experience
