Profile

A busy Med Neg Litigation practice is seeking a dedicated and efficient Legal Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our solicitors and support staff, managing a varied and interesting duties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties, answering phones for Dublin office and sometimes Carlow office, greeting clients and making them feel at ease before their appointments.
  • Organize Post and DX both incoming and outgoing. Upkeep of medical record log book.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as  digital Dictaphone typing when required.
  • Maintain Legal Statue list.
  • Hospitality for clients and prepare boardroom for meetings and training

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Knowledge of case management software Practice Evolve a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients
  • Proficient in typing with a strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Training:

In-office training will be provided on the Case Management System and other relevant aspects of the role.
