The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
FE1 candidates will not be considered for this role.
* General administrative and secretarial support.
* Collecting information and preparing legal documents.
* Preparing briefs for counsel.
* Dealing with incoming/outgoing post.
* Diary Management.
* Answering calls, taking messages and managing client relationships.
* Audio typing.
* Attending at the Four Courts for filing of documents.
* Attending at the family law courts for filing of documents.
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Proficient use of Microsoft Word/Outlook
* Professional Manner and approach
* Demonstrate attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
