Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Legal Secretary in Bray. The Litigation Legal Secretary will be responsible for Dictaphone typing, preparing legal documents and booklets for Counsel and Court, managing diaries, and providing administrative support to the Litigation Partner and Litigation team.

Qualifications

  • Dictaphone typing skills
  • Legal document preparation and legal assistant skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Legal Studies or a related field a benefit but not essential
  • Commercial and civil litigation experience
