Our client, a well-established distribution business just outside Dundalk are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process sales orders accurately and promptly to facilitate smooth sales operations.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date customer records to support effective account management.
  • Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team - team of 32
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues, fostering customer satisfaction.

Skills & Attributes required

  • A keen interest in the distribution is desired
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A strong work ethic
  • Experience using Business IT systems, preferably Sage is required
