Hours: 9.00 to 5.30 Mon to Thurs / Finishing 5.00pm on Fri / 2 coffee breaks and an hour for lunch.
This is a fully in office role.
Holidays: Standard 20 days

Overview
With less in person meetings and more people using direct dial to reach our lawyers, our reception is relatively quiet. Accordingly, this is a dual role of managing the reception duties and providing general administrative assistance to the various teams as required.
Reception • Answering phones • Meeting/greeting • Reception diary management • Ensuring meetings rooms are ready for each meeting • Tea Coffee if required for meetings • Dealing with couriers • Naming and saving scanned post to system every morning • Entering post in post log every evening
Legal Executive • Printing / Scanning / Photocopying • Opening new client files on system • Entering/updating contact details to system • Preparing briefs • Scheduling title deeds • Providing assistance as required to the various teams from time to time Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong team player who can work on their ow initiative • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment • Attention to detail
