Profile

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their team in a full-time office based role. 

The candidate should be enthusiastic, professional and have a high level of attention to detail.  The successful candidate should have good typing skills, telephone manner and communication and computer skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Management of the Reception area and all incoming calls;
  • Typing, filing, file management, photocopying and scanning;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and work to strict deadlines;
  • Strong work ethic;

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist is essential and experience as a secretary is also desirable, preferably in Litigation;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and digital dictation;
  • Case management experience in Keyhouse desirable;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Excellent organisational, communication and telephone skills.
