REED are working with an expanding business in Dublin 15 who are seeking a Logistics Supervisor/Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is due to company growth, the chosen candidate must have relevant experience.

Annual Salary: €32,500

Benefits Include: Staff discount, performance bonus

 39 hours weekly Mon – Thu 8:30 – 17:15; Fri 8:30 – 16:15

The chosen candidate will be responsible for performing administrative duties related to warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, order processing, data entry, maintaining accurate records, logistic processes and coordinating shipments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory records, ensuring stock levels are accurate and that discrepancies are reported to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Order Processing: Full responsibility for the processing of customer orders, including preparing shipping documents and labels, tracking shipments, and managing order fulfilment.
  • Data Entry: Input and update warehouse data into the inventory management system, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all information.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Assist in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and proper documentation is completed and that all materials are received in good condition.
  • Stock Audits: Help coordinate periodic stock audits and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance. Maintain and file important documents related to inventory, shipping, and receiving.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as the focal point between warehouse staff, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Compliance & Safety: Assist with ensuring full compliance with safety protocols and company policies regarding the handling and storage of goods in the warehouse.
  • Support Warehouse Operations: Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager, including scheduling, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Skills & Attributes required

  • Proven experience in warehouse administration or a related role with 2 years’ experience.
  • Experience in warehouse logistic and shipment processes.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and very dynamic team environment
