REED are working with an expanding business in Dublin 15 who are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Team Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role is due to company growth, the chosen candidate must have relevant management experience.

Annual Salary: €32,500

 39 hours weekly Mon – Thu 8:30 – 17:15; Fri 8:30 – 16:15

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Team Lead who can grow and develop within the organisation. Working within a fast-moving and exciting environment, you’ll have the chance to play a key role in the day-to-day operations and success of the company. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and to the Managing Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Taking total Ownership / Responsibility for all warehousing and logistics operations of his / her department.
• Oversee and direct all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth & efficient day to day running of goods intake, timely order pulling and dispatch, delivery to customers, merchandising of warehouse, stock control and ad hoc duties.
• Managing a team and monitor their performance to achieve productivity levels. Providing support and training to other team members.
• Utilising, maintaining & monitoring Stock control Systems, creating and analysing reports. movement stock control / turnover activity, and regular stocktaking schedule. Assessing storage capacity levels, optimising space and implementing controls and processes for replenishment.
• Develop and maintain Standards, Processes, and Procedures to maximising operation efficiencies, and ensure they are understood, followed and carried out correctly. Ensuring Customer requirements are followed correctly and efficiently

Skills & Attributes required

• Real strengths in warehousing and logistics & Planning skills.
• Ambitious and driven Logistics professional with warehouse supervising experience.
• Experience of managing a Team.
• Certified Forklift and Manual Handling certificates are required
• Reach Truck is desirable but not required
