Job Description

REED are working with Freight company in Dublin 3 who are seeking a Project Coordinator/Administrator on a permanent basis.

Salary - €35,000 - €45,000

The successful candidate will be working in the Project Department assisting in managing out of gauge transport projects and ensuring smooth operations. Although training in the logistics area is provided, experience within freight is desired.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement best practice goals
  • Collaborate daily with suppliers, customers to coordinate the logistics of special transports and oversized cargo globally.
  • Support internal departments in planning and coordinating projects, manage communications and deliverables for the duration of the project.
  • Track project accomplishments

Skills & Attributes required

  • Previous experience in Transport and Logistics.
  • Experience working under deadlines, supporting and planning transports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
