Job Description

REED are working with a Global Tech business in Dublin 1 who are seeking a Recruiter on a temporary basis for 5 months. The role sits within a team of sales recruiters so experience in this area of recruitment would be an advantage.

This chosen individual will not be a reactive recruiter and rely on job applications – they will constantly be sourcing via LinkedIn, employee referrals, candidate referrals and other methods.

Start date – ASAP

Hourly Pay Rate – Up to €28.00 per hour ie €60,000 per annum

40-hour week

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will conduct deep assessments with candidates from all sources, driving exceptional candidate experiences and delivering the best quality talent.
  • You will cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities while enriching our talent pools in our CRM to ensure we are able to nurture talent effectively and match top talent to our roles.
  • You will submit fully assessed qualified talent to your Recruiting counterparts who will match, coach, advocate and convert talent.

 

Skills & Attributes required

 

  • 2-4 years relevant recruiting, sourcing or recruiting support experience
  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels across teams and functions to advocate for talent, drive efficiencies, and enhance productivity
  • Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build, cultivate, and activate relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of global, cross regional teams in a highly matrixed environment
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about sourcing techniques, tools, processes and initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, project, task and administrative skills
  • Be a self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation by bringing fresh perspective and ideas to the team and client groups
  • Naturally curious, loves learning and ability to turn that into deep assessments of talent based on competencies
