Sales Administrator - Temporary, 6 months

Job Description

My client, an electrical company based in a business park in Dublin 22 are seeking a temporary Sales Administrator to join their sales team.

The chosen candidate must have experience sales administration experience and ideally have used SAP in a previous role.

Temporary role – 6 months +

€18.00 per hour

Hybrid – 1 day a week from home

SAP experience required

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process orders in SAP in coordination with other teams 
  • Organise and monitor deliveries 
  • Checking stock availability in UK and Europe
  • Supporting external sales team
  • Dealing with payments from customers and issuing invoices
  • Resolving customer queries and disputes, updating customers throughout 
  • Be cost effective in all contracts/purchasing and proactively look to reduce costs through efficiency and automation

Skills & Attributes

  • Previous use of SAP or similar programme is essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
  • MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • The ability to manage your time effectively, be self-driven and ensure targets are met
  • Have an eye for detail and be adaptable
