Warehouse Supervisor - North Dublin

Reed is partnering with a returning client that we are excited to assist once again - we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Lead who can grow and develop within the organisation. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and to the Managing Director.

Hours/Days: 39 hours weekly Mon - Thu 8:30 - 17:15; Fri 8:30 - 16:15

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Team Lead who can grow and develop within the organisation. Duties & Responsibilities

• Taking Ownership / Responsibility for all warehousing and logistics operations for their department
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth & efficient day to day running of goods intake, timely order pulling and dispatch, delivery to customers, merchandising of warehouse, stock control and ad hoc duties
• Managing a team and monitor their performance to achieve productivity levels
• Providing support and training to other team members
• Utilising, maintaining & monitoring Stock control Systems, creating and analysing reports. movement stock control / turnover activity, and regular stocktaking schedule
• Assessing storage capacity levels, optimising space and implementing controls and processes for replenishment
• Develop and maintain Standards, Processes, and Procedures to maximising operation efficiencies, and ensure they are understood, followed and carried out correctly
• Ensuring Customer requirements are followed correctly and efficiently
