(Office Based Position)
Responsibilities
- Typing from dictations (letters, emails etc) ;
- Drafting and editing (including formatting) legal documents like letters, contracts, and briefs;
- Drafting closing documents (section 72, Family Home Declarations);
- Typing requisitions on title from dictation;
- Opening and maintaining files on the practice management program & physical;
- Scheduling deeds;
- Copying documents for contract bundles;
- Invoicing;
Required attributes:
- First work experience, ideally in the field of commercial conveyancing;
- Well organised;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Team player;
