Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Dublin 2 Firm

(Office Based Position)

 

Responsibilities

  • Typing from dictations (letters, emails etc) ;
  • Drafting and editing (including formatting) legal documents like letters, contracts, and briefs;
  • Drafting closing documents (section 72, Family Home Declarations);
  • Typing requisitions on title from dictation;
  • Opening and maintaining files on the practice management program & physical;
  • Scheduling deeds;
  • Copying documents for contract bundles;
  • Invoicing;

 

Required attributes:

  • First work experience, ideally in the field of commercial conveyancing;
  • Well organised;
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Team player;
