Profile

About the role

This role will support the New Housing Dept within our Property team, responsibilities will involve providing full general secretarial support including but not limited to:

  • Opening, closing and maintaining client files
  • Populating transaction documentation ensuring all required contract documentation is drafted and on the file from the get go
  • Allocating funds to relevant matters - deposit monies, HTB funds, Affordable Loan monies, closing balances and service charge monies
  • Invoicing and transferring funds to client and managing agents
  • Preparation and delivery of completion statements
  • Digital audio typing
  • General secretarial support
  • Other duties as may arise depending on the workload across the team
  • Travel to the Dublin office will be required to meet the Dublin team

Background and experience

  • Full training will be provided but ideally applicants would have a minimum level of experience working in the area of Property and New Housing
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
