We are working with a museum in Dublin who are seeking a temporary part time museum shop assistant to join their team at the start ASAP until at least mid January. Shifts below, you must be able to commit, there is no negotiation.

Tuesday & Thursday (10am – 5.30pm) & the occasional Sunday 

This role would be great for a student or someone interested in art/museums. €14.50 per hour. 

Job requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service and visitor experience
• Process sales in the shop including upselling, giving receipts, creating invoices etc
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Cash and card transactions
• Create social media content as and when required 
• Selling at events both on and off site

Personal requirements:

• Previous retail experience
• Interest in art/museums
• Ability to use initiative 
• Strong customer service skills
• IT Skills
